Most of the excitement on this market day was created by the major security guard incident. Here goes a recounting...

11:30-11:40 two men detained another man at the doorway of the 21 doors condo project.
I commented on it, and started asking people what was going on when I saw them put metal handcuffs on the person that they were detaining. The person was not resisting.
They walked the person across my coffee table looking for an exit to the market. As they were approaching I repeatedly yelled 'are you police' and I received no response.
As they were blocked from exiting the south west corner of the market by our new fencing, they were forced to double back and cross again in front of my coffee table.
I then walked out, stood in front of the three men, and blocked them from leaving the market
The entire time I was calling out 'are you police'. and 'why is this man handcuffed'.
The two men wore no identifying badges, no insignia of a security company was present on their clothing, and they failed to identify themselves for a full 10 minutes.
A crowed gathered around myself and the three men. They eventually showed an ID card from London Drugs security about 1min before the police arrived.

Jacek and I resolve to speak to London Drugs about the incident and make it clear that these actions will not be tolerated at the market
