Fundraising Report: Total = $193.55

1) 50/50 Raffle: $39.50

2) Table/Tent Rental: $96.00

3) Coffee/Juice Sales: $58.05

No bannock sales, Yesterday was a no show. We need a more robust group to handle the bannocks for us.

Expenses were approx. $23.10 (cream, coffee, etc...)

Bought a new vest ($2), two folding chairs ($2), an easel ($10), and a warmer tray for the bannocks.

Vendor Count: 11:55am - 129 vendors, 2.00pm - 143 vendors (count by Jack)

Incident report:

This market was very calm. Maybe it was the nice weather, maybe it is because we are making friends with the illicit drinkers, maybe it was just chance. Who knows.

Diane Johnston had two tents at the north end of the market this Sunday. 

We need to regularize how this is done and how this impacts the rest of the vendors and our resources.

Tables are in high demand by the vendors. We could rent twice as many (40) as we have now.

I make a point of telling all the vendors that if the come to a Saturday meeting that they will have first priority on renting the tents. Several vendors who get there late are getting pissed off that they are not getting access to the tables.
