As well, I am sending this out to Marion and Maggie...

OK, here we go.

50/50 Draw: $54.50
Tents/Tables: $147.00
DNC Sales: $0.00
Coffee/Juice: $57.59
Bannock/Baked Goods: $48.00

We had a great day with Yesterday making the Bannocks. We paid the $20.60 for the ingredients, and then split the remaining proceeds of $27.40. Hopefully we will get another few weeks out of the ingredients, so we should look forward to more profits in the future.

The total revenue - $307.09 was actually the fifth best day on record. This shows that we can not only survive the winter with proper rain protection, but we can actually thrive.

Tables and Tents were a near record (second best day). This is because we had more tents and it was raining so everyone needed them.

Major expenses were:

1) $127.33 at Cosco for 3 new tables, and cream and hot chocolate etc...
2) $50 loan payment (the 7th payment of 12 total - we are more than half paid off)
3) $45 for a new tent (bought from a vendor - seemed in good shape)
4) $25 for volunteer Cigarettes and more coffee beans
5) $20.60 for Bannock ingredients
6) $23.70 for sharing the bannock proceeds

The day was mostly uneventful except for the crazy lady selling porn that got a little violent. I did not see
her myself, but got lots of reports back from volunteers.

Total now in the petty cash box is $707.52

We can survive a full week without funding, but not more than that.

Cheers,

   Roland
