Street Market Report - January 4, 2015

The first market of the New Year - MMXV

The 239th consecutive Sunday market at Pigeon Park. Only 20 more weeks until we mark our 5th anniversary.

Unfortunately, this Sunday was rainy and cold.

Still, we survived quite well, and had many customers and vendors enjoy the market. It was a good opportunity for us to make sure that only vendors who reserved space under the tents were actually occupying the tent.

The cleanup was quite easy today, and there thousands of customers despite the rain.

We pray for spring, but we celebrate surviving the winter.

Financial Report (Jan 4)

1) 50/50 Raffle: $0.00 (Not enough interest, 50/50 Raffle was cancelled)
2) Tents/Tables: $149.10
3) Coffee/Pop Sales: $73.35

Total Revenue for the day: $222.45
Total spending for the week: $24.47

Petty Cash now = $1,572.10

Vendor/Market Summary

We counted 68 Vendors at noon. (Vexed by the rain)

Number of tents deployed = 38
Number of tables deployed = 12 x 5 foot tables, 48 x 6 foot tables, 40 x 4 foot tables
100 total tables deployed during our event.
(We kept some tables back since the rain prevented anyone not under a tent from really being a successful vendor)
