This was the fifth day of our early setup prevention plan, and it is really working now.
The morning crew shows up at 8:00am and starts washing the park.
Then, at 8:30am, we have 5 greeters, and the 8 man tent crew show up along with the two security guards.
The road is now closed shortly after 8:30am when the setup crew returns to the park with all the equipment.
After the road is closed, the tent crew works in coordination with the washers, security and the greeters to slowly create a perimeter around the park and market area.
The coordinators move North slowly and make sure that anyone without a membership badge moves out of the area.
Next week is the Grand Opening of our Greenway Gallery Gala.

292 People used the bathrooms in the morning between 10am and 1pm
166 People used the bathrooms in the afternoon between 1pm and 4pm
