Street Market Report - June 1, 2014

It was a beautiful day. The sun was out, and the weather was perfect.

The two coordinators spent most of the day at Victory Square for the Fair in the Square, and the market trundled along without them for most of the day.

Many buttons and flags were given away at the Fair in the Square, with our market at Pigeon Park operating for the first time on autopilot.
This was a great experiment. It was the first time that we actually ran two events on the same day, and shows that with a little planning, we can do a huge amount with scarce resources.

Financial Report

1) Coffee/Pop Sales = $0.00
2) Table/Tent Rental = $106.00
3) 50/50 Raffle = $0.00

Total revenue for the day = $106.00
Total spending for the week = $192.57

Petty cash now down to -$175.90

Vendor Report

We counted 130 at noon. The number was down almost certainly because it was the week after welfare Wednesday.

Bathroom Usage Report

127 before 1pm, no count for afternoon.
