OK, not a stellar day... but considering that it was pouring rain all
day, and most of the vendors in the street were gone before 2pm, I
consider it a victory. It's all about redefining your expectations.
1) 50/50 Raffle: $11.25 - 89 tickets sold ($22.25 in sales - $11
first prize)
2) Table rental: $34 - 17 tables rented, 4 tables left un-rented due to rain
3) Coffee/Juice: $35.16 - still good business in coffee, very
little juice sales
4) DNC sales: $7.25 - not a good day, but better than nothing, lots
of work done by Jacek and Ann to clean up the crap
Total: $87.66
Street Market has now made $1,175.03 since January.
Street Market now has $221.01 in it's account.
Street Market has spent $954.02 and acquired assets such as tables,
tent, coffee thermos, 3 cold thermoses, a big igloo drinks cooler, a
70 qt cooler for selling pop, as well as buying lots of expendables
for the coffee, juice and drinks sales.
Not a terrible day considering everyone was running for the hills.
